The Partnership's mission is to improve the standard of Oxford and Oxfordshire rugby, which it is well on course to achieving. The Partnership is now the premier organization for rugby in the City of Oxford. The Oxford Rugby Partnership was formed in 2006, incorporating Oxford Harlequins RFC and Oxford RFC. Shortly after, in 2007, the Leadbitter Academy for 17-19 year olds was founded.
Oxford Harlequins and Oxford RFC both continue to run successful Senior, Colts (combined), Ladies and Minis & Juniors sections which feed young players into the Partnership.
All teams are based at the North Hinksey site except the Oxford Harlequins Minis and Juniors who are based in the north of the city on Marston Ferry Road between Summertown and Marston.

The Oxford Harlequins First XV currently play in National League 3 South West under Director of Rugby John Brodley. Oxford Harlequins are based at the North Hinksey site and also field a Second XV, Third XV and Fourth XV.

Oxford RFC First XV play in the Southern counties (North) division of the South West league. The club also fields a Second, Third and Ladies XV and are also based at the North Hinksey site.

The Oxford Harlequins Minis and Juniors are based in the North of the city on Marston Ferry Road a short distance from Summertown. The section caters for all age groups from Under 7s to Under 16s and either trains or plays matches every Sunday morning during the season.

Oxford RFC's Minis and Juniors play matches or train at the North Hinksey site every Sunday morning during the season except when playing away. Most age groups from Under 7 to Under 17 are represented.
